1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would

April 8th, 1986
At the April 8th, 1986 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was
made by Mr. Landolfi to grant the requested variance with the conditions:
1. The variance will be for 2 years if the property is not sold.
2. There will be no other curb cuts other than the ones there now.
3. The variance refers to Lot #1.
Mr. Cortellino seconded the motion.
