At the July 11th, 1984 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Cortellino to grant the requested
variance with the conditions that a Short Enviornrnental Assessment
Form Checklist, and a Long Enviornrnental Assessment Form be completed.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Urciouli.
