My Mother, Lucille Gaeta age 78, had to sell her house
and has no where to go (me being an only child). At
her age my husband and I feel she needs taking car of.

We are ma lng our car garage ln to ~.u.6- qUCl,Lte.T~ or er
(a bedroom and sitting room). We therefore need a garage
for our 2 cars and storage.
Our propertly behind our house goes out approximately 13 ft.
and then drops down dramatically. The land fill and
retaining wall required for any kind of structure behind the
house would make the cost astronomically high and beyond our
means.
Our only option is to build an attached garage on the side
of the house.- Plans attached - A Variance of 4 ft. plus
1 or 2 inches is requested.
Thank you for your Consideration.
