taken:
1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons: .
a. The property in question 0 would 0 would not yield a reasonable return if limited to the use permitted under the

At the June 14th, 1983 meeting of the zoning Board of
Appeals, the fOllowing action was taken on Appeal # 683:
Mrs. Waddle:
Would it suffice to say that the Zoning Board of Appeals
determines that his use would be less non-conforming than the
use that was in the building previously, may I have a motion on
that determination.
Mre Caballero:
I move that determination be made, be granted.
Mr. Urciuoli:
Second.
Mr. Landolfi:
Aye.
Mr. Cortellino:
Aye.
Mr s. Waddle:
Aye. It is determined that this is a less non-conforming use,
also grants permission for the changes inside the building.
