taken:
1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:
a. The property in question 0 would 0 would not yield a reasonable return if limited to the use permitted under the
Ordinance, because:

At the October 11th, 1983 meeting of the zoning Board of
Appeals, Mr. Caballero made a motion that the variance be granted
as long as the appellant adhered to the sign ordinance and other
regulations that pertain to that piece of property. The motion
was seconded by Mr. Urciuoli.

Mr. Cortellino - aye
Mr. Urciuoli - aye
Mr. Caballero - aye
Mr. Landolfi - aye
The motion was carried.
