The facility shall house no more than forty-four (44) clients. Preference shall be given to Dutchess County residents. No personnel shall have living quarters on the property. 2. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained on water supply and sewage disposal prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 3. Erosion control plan for alteration of the site for the proposed new parking area shall be submitted to the Conservation Advisory Council and then the Engineer to .the Town for approval prior to the start of work on the site. 4. The downstream drainage fee for the parking area is waived by the Planning Board. 5. Premises shall be inspected by the Fire Prevention Bureau for compliance with the Town of Wappinger Fire Prevention Law and other appropriate codes prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. 6. Drainage plan for the parking area shall be submitted to the Engineer to the Town for approval prior to the start of work. 7. Applicant is responsible for obtaining any permits from Federal, State and any other Local agencies for the proposed use of the facilities for the mentally retarded and physically handicapped that may be required. 8. The lea sed area is to be defined on a revised site plan.
