At the l\ugust 9th, 1983 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
a Dotion was made by Mr. Cortellino, to recommend that a Special
Use Permit be issued to Donald & Jean Keller, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Appliccmt shall comply with the requirements of the
Dutchess County Department of Public \'i'orks in their letter
of June 30t,h, 1983 on entrunce and exit.
2. Building plans shall be submitted for any structural
alterations and the Fire Prevention Bureau shall inspect
the prerni~~es prior to the issuance of a certificate of
Occupancy.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Lundolfi.
