1. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:

At the October 11th, 1983 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, Mr. Caballero made a motion that the variance be
denied, fifty foot setback to seventy-five foot. The motion was
seconded by Mr. Urciuoli.

Mr. Cortellino - aye
Mr. Urciuoli - aye
Mr. Caballero - aye
Mr. Landolfi - abstained
The motion was carried.
