I. VARIANCE: By resolution of the Board, it was determined that strict application of the Ordinance 0 would 0 would.
not produce undue hardship for these reasons:

At the October 11th, 1983 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, Mr. Cortellino moved that this appeal be denied as no
indication of financial hardship has been offered or documented~
applicant has not indicated that the property could not be used
for any permitted residential purpose (i.e.: Single-family R-40 lots),
and density on the property as it exists exceeds that permitted
by the Zoning Ordinance - R-40 Zone, 40,000 square feet per dwelling _
site consists of 28.7 acres and contain approximately 88 mobile
homes. The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.

The motion was carried.
