QhaiHHan, Zoning Board of Appeals CHAIRPERSO::'7, Appeal # 635 -2- August 12th, 1983 At the August 9th, 1983 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Corte;.lino, that a Special U:c;e Permit be issued to the Wappinger Elks *1= 2609, subject to the follO\ving conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. Approval of the New York State Department of Transportation on entrance/exit shall be obtained and a copy of the work permit shall be submitted to the Building Inspector prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Erosion control plan shall be submitted to the Conservation Advisory Council for their review and then approval by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. 4. Drainaqe plans shall be submitted to the Enqineer to the Town for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit. A copy of the drainage plan shall be submitted to the Conservation Adv3.~3m~y Council for their review. A dropped inlet shall be provi( J in the area of the 306 contour by the corner of the proposed building. 5. Downstream drainage fee has been waived by the Town BOeJ.rd. 6. The Fire Prevention Bureau requests that "No Parking - Fire Lane" signs be installed around the building. Barger, PoE. & L.So, and subject to the following recommended conditions: I.
