At the August 9th, 1983 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
a motion was made by Mr. Corte;.lino, that a Special U:c;e Permit be
issued to the Wappinger Elks *1= 2609, subject to the follO\ving
conditions:
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
2. Approval of the New York State Department of Transportation
on entrance/exit shall be obtained and a copy of the work
permit shall be submitted to the Building Inspector prior to
the issuance of a building permit.
3. Erosion control plan shall be submitted to the Conservation
Advisory Council for their review and then approval by the
Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit.
4. Drainaqe plans shall be submitted to the Enqineer to the
Town for approval prior to the issuance of a building permit.
A copy of the drainage plan shall be submitted to the Conservation
Adv3.~3m~y Council for their review. A dropped inlet shall be
provi( J in the area of the 306 contour by the corner of the
proposed building.
5. Downstream drainage fee has been waived by the Town BOeJ.rd.
6. The Fire Prevention Bureau requests that "No Parking -
Fire Lane" signs be installed around the building. A copy
of the building plans shall be supplied to the bureau for their
review and comments prior to the issuancc~ of a buildinq permit.
7. rfhe Planning Board reserves the right to revie,,y the
parking area for adequacy for a period on one year from the
date of occupancy.

Subject: Application of Wappinger Elks # 2609 for a Special
Use Permit for a clubhouse to be located on property
on Route 376, in the Town of Wappingero
At the July 18th, 1983 meeting of the Planning Board,
a motion was made by Mro Parsons, to adopt the following
resolution:
The Planning Board of the Town of Wappinger hereby recommends
that a Special Use Permit be issued to the Wappinger Elks # 2609
for site plan entitled "wappinger Elks B.PoOoEo 2609, Town of
Wappinger, Dutche~s County, NoY. - Site Plan", dated 10/11/82,
revised 5/9/83, prepared by Richard G. Barger, PoE. & L.So, and
subject to the following recommended conditions:
I. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
on water supply and sewage disposal shall be obtained prior
to the issuance of a building permit.
2. Approval of the New York State Department of Transportation
