, At the August 10th, 1982 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, Mr. Caballero moved to close the public hearing and
noted that although he sympathized with Mrs. Castelos he would
like to make a motion to deny the variance.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.
Vote:
Mrs. Waddle - aye
Mr. Cortellino - aye
Mr. Urciuoli - aye
Mr. Caballero - aye
Mr. Landolfi - aye
The motion was unanimously carried.
Mr. Gunderud asked if there was a time limit.
The Board noted that six months would be given to
remove the trailer.

of her daughter, Mary Jane I<ennedy,

change the character of the district because: Variance granted on 4/11/73
is being complied with because this is Kathryn Castelos I main resid~ce, and there is no
