March 15th, 1982
At the March 9th, 1982 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, it was the interpretation of the Board that anything
made in the model shop or other hand crafted items, as long as
they are not a commercial line or other manufactured items, may
be sold in the store as an accessory use.

RE: Retail outlet on property
Dear Mr. Cecchini:
In response to our meeting on Friday, February 5, 1982, I interpret
your proposal to open a "gift" type shop/outlet in the old residential
structure on your lot on 9D in Hughsonville as a second principal use
to the existing legal non-conforming model shop you operate there now.
since you plan to sell products that you now manufacture in the shop,
in the store however, it might be argued that you are only establishing
an incidental accesso~y use~to your principal use. I would advise you
to seek an interpretation of this issue from the zoning Board of
Appeals.
