RE: Proposed use on Alexander & Klein parcel
Dear Mr. Ciccone:
I feel that the use of storing and maintenance of trucks and other
equipment in the AI zone as you described to me, may not exactly
fall under any of the permitted u~es listed for that zone.
As I understand your use and the concept of a "transportation terminal"
I have some question if there is a match there. Also, under f'whole-
sale or storage business", I would need an interpretation as to
whether you fall under the "...similar contractors establishments",
which is not permitted.'
I would recommend an interpretation be requested of the Zoning Board
of Appeals, which is the proper agency to decide on such matters, if
I, as Zoning Administrator, have a question as to the int&rpretation
of the Zoning Ordinance.
