January 14th, 1982
At the January 12th, 1982 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals,
Mr. Mc Millen made a motion to grant a variance for a change of use
from a retail store to a restaurant subject to site plan approval
from the Town of Wappinger Planning Board. The motion was seconded
by Mr. Landolfi.

Mr. Cortellino - aye
Mr. Mc Millen - aye
The motion was carried.
The Board had rendered an unfavorable interpretation of
