March 12th, 1982
At the March 9th, 1982 meeting of the zoning Board of Appeals,
a motion was made by Mr. Cortellino, to adopt the following
resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE
TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY RECOMMENDS THAT A SPECIAL USE PERMIT
BE ISSUED to Mathew Edapparayile to establish and operate a
counseling clinic to be known as "Optimum Development" on property
located on Route 9D, in the Town of Wappinger and subject to the
following conditions:
1. Approval of the New York State Department of Transportation
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit
and/or a Certificate of Occupancy.
2. The structure shall be inspected by the Fire prevention
Bureau prior to occupancy to insure compliance with the
Fire prevention Law of the Town of Wappinger.
3. Hours of operation shall be 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.,
Monday thru Saturday.
4. signs shall comply with the Town of Wappinger zoning
Ordinance unless '"a variance is first obtained.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Caballero.
