RE: Replacement of mobile home
Dear Mr. Ward & Mrs. Hill:
In response to our recent meeting on the referenced subject, please
be informed that I would deny a permit to allow you to place a different
mobile home on your property. Your existing mobile home constitutes
a legal non-conforming use and pursuant to Section 404.3 of the Town
of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, a non-conforming use may not be changed
unless it is changed to a conforming use. You could build a house,
install a modular house or apply to the Zoning Board.of Appeals for a
