At the August 10th, 1982 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Caballero, to recommend that
the Special Use permit be issued subject to the following
conditions:
1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit;
2. Driveway permit shall be obtained from the New York State
Department of Transportation on entrance/exit prior to the
issuance of a building permit.
3. Drainage plan shall be submitted to the Engineer to the
Town for his approval prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
4. Erosion control plan shall be reviewed by the Conservation
Advisory Council and then approved by the Engineer to the Town.
5. Signs shall conform with the requirements of the Town of
Wappinger zoning Ordinance unless a variance is obtained.
6. Downstre~m dra~nage fee of $ .15 a square foot for all
newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered by impervious
material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building
permit. Applicant is to calculate the total impervious coverage.
Credit will be given for payment of $200.00 on the Jack Davis
subdivision.
7. A copy of the building plans shall be provided to the
Fire prevention Bureau for their review prior to the issuance
of a building permit.
8. Note shall be placed on the site plan that elevations
are to U.S.G.S. datum.
