a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the following reasons:
1) Strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would produce undue
hardship because: not allowed to operate a repair business
applicant would have,n.o othe.r means of income. The land of 19.5 acres
is land locked with almost a'mile long driveway. The property is
isolated, power lines cut through the property and the land cannot be

alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this district
,because: Applicant has ,no other trade and no other income, and this .
property enables him'toprovidefor the family. 'The property is tmique
in that it is private and secluded because of pine trees surroWlding
the ,repair service would not affect any other properties.
3) The variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and would not
change the'character of the district because: The property is close
to Route 9D which has .other similar type. of businesses and a commercial
kennel. The high tension power lines and the very long private right
of way would not permit other houses to be built on the property.
b. A SPECIAL USE PERMIT IS REQUESTED pursuant to article , section
or subsection , paragraph of the Zoning Ordinance
