March 15th, 1982
At the March 9th, 1982 meeting of the zoning Board of
Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Landolfi, to grant the setback
variance'. The motion was seconded ,by Mr. urciuoli.
Vote:
Mrs. Waddle - aye
Mr. Cortellino - nay
Mr. urciuoli - aye
Mr. Caballero - aye
Mr. Landolfi - aye
The motion was carried.
Mrs. Waddle noted that the setback variance was granted,
as long as yoq don It put a kitchen in you don It need a variance
on the other.
