August 11th, 1982
At the August 10th, 1982 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Landolfi, that the Special
Use Permit be granted subject to the necessary approvals and
the conditions of the Planning Board which are as follows:
1. Drainage plan shall be submitted to the Engineer to the
Town for his approval prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
2. Erosion control plan shall be reviewed by the Conservation
Advisory Council and then approved by the Engineer to the
Town prior to the issuance of a building permit.
3. Any new signs shall conform with the requirements of the
Town of wappinger Zoning Ordinance unless a variance is obtained.
4. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for all
newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered by impervious
material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a building
permit.
5. A copy of the building plans shall be provided to the
Fire Prevention Bureau for their review prior to the issuance
of a building permit.
6. Trucks shall be parked to the rear of the existing
building only.
7. Gates shall be placed in fenced area to permit access
by emergency vehicles.
8. Letter shall be submitted from the Dutchess County Department
of Health indicating that they have no objection to the parking
area being located over the sewage disposal system.
9. Evergreen screening shall be. placed over the rear of
the property and the fence line and shall be shown on a revised
site plan. Evergreens (white pines) shall be eight foot on
center, staggered, and five to six feet in height.
