At the April 13th, 1982 meeting of the Zoning Board of App231s,
a motion was made by Mr. Landolfi, seconded by Mr. Caballero, t~~~
the Special Use permit be granted subject to the follO'liing
conditions:
1. Approval of the Dutchess County DepartmeCit of Health
shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permi~.
2. Curb cut permit shall be obtained from the TO'.m of
Wappinger Acting Highway Superintendet prior to the issuance 0=
a building permit.
3. Drainage plan shall be submitted and approved by the
E:r-!gi~l.e2rto th2 Town prior to the is>3uar~c,:.; of '" ':>Ylildit:q :)-=:::-::-.2.::'.
4. Erosion control plan shall be submitted and reviewed bv
the Conservation Advisory Council and then approved by the
Enginee~ to the Town prior to the issuance of a building pe=~it.
5. Signs shall conform to the requirements of the Town of
Wappinger zoning Ordinance unless a variance is first obtained.
6. Building plans shall be submitted and reviewed by the
Fire prevention Bureau in accordance with the requirements
of the Town of Wappinger Fire prevention La\-l.
7. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot shall be
paid for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered t~
impervious material. Should there be any future paving or
additional coverag:, by impervious ma ter ials, additional do....-:;.stream
drainage fee would have to be paid.
8. The zoning Board of Appeals reserves the right to revis."T
the site for parking adequacy.
