Approval of the Dutchess County DepartmeCit of Health shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permi~. 2. Curb cut permit shall be obtained from the TO'.m of Wappinger Acting Highway Superintendet prior to the issuance 0= a building permit. 3. Building plans shall be submitted and reviewed by the Fire prevention Bureau in accordance with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Fire prevention La\-l. 7.
