At the July 13th, 1982 meeting of the zoning Board of Appeals,
a motion was made by Mr. Landolfi to grant the requested variance
subject to the normal approvals and the inclusion of an easement
to provide access to the Wallace property shall be incorporated
in the deed. The motion was seconded by Mr. Urciuoli.'
Vote:

Mr. Cortellino - aye
Mr. urciuoli - aye
Mr. Caballero - aye
Mr. Landolfi - aye
The motion was unanimously carried.
