Appeal # 560 -2- October 15th, 1981 At the October 13th, 1981 meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Cortellino, to adopt the following resolution recommending that the Special Use Permit be issued. The Zoning Board of Appeals hereby recommends that a Special Use Permit be issued to Russell Betters to operate a transmission repair business on property located on Old Route 9, in the Town of Wappinger, subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Dutchess County Department of Health shall be obtained prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. Curb cut permit shall be obtained from the Town of Wappinger Highway Department prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Drainage plan shall be approved by the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. 4. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly constructed roofed areas and areas covered by impervious material shall.be paid prior to the issuance of a building permit. 5. Access to the rear of the building shall be provided for fire fighting equipment. 6. A copy of the building plans shall be provided to the Fire Prevention Bureau for their review. 7. Any signs and lighting plan shall be approved by the Building . Inspector prior to their installation. If signs exceed the requirements of the zoning Ordinance, a variance would have to b~ obtained prior to their installation. 8. All repairs shall be done indoors. 9. The yard shall be kept clean and provi~ions shall be made to insure that there is no unsightly storage on the site. 10. No gasoline shall be dispensed.
