a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the following reasons:
I} strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would'produce undue
hardship because: The building we occupy predates the zoning law,and
is located very close to the r08.d! Pl~cing the sig;1'd ~t. th~ _ reqll~red set.::
back,would place it behind the building with no visability from the road-
way.Thus causing a "Pratical Difficulty"
2} The hardship created is unique and is not shared by all properties
alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this district
because. Other buildings that were built after the zoning law were set
back at a greater distance from roadway,and they would not share this
problem.
3) The variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and would not
change the character of the district because: I am in a commercially
zoned are~ ,and would not change the character of the area, because there
are several bldgs. that are all ready at a similar set back
