October 15th, 1981
At the October 13th, 1981 meeting of the Zoning Board of
Appeals, a motion was made by Mr. Urciuoli, to grant the requested
variance for the installation of the canopy at a lesser front yard
setback than required and that an amendment to the Special Use
Permit be granted with the stipulation that the sales a~ea cover
only that area specified on the site plan' on file with the Zoning
Board. The motion was seconded by Mr. Landolfi.
