Y. To the Board: The proposed addition is for the storage of plumbing and heating materials, many of which are presently, of necessity, stored outdoors on premises. The addition will consist of insulating metal panel walls, similar to the existing facade presently facing Old Route 9 and, except for the decrease in rear yard from thirty-one feet at present to the proposed eleven foot di~tance, will create no change in appearance. It is respectfully requested that the Board give favorable consideration to an appeal which is necessary in order to permit the efficient and orderly development of this business property by a Company which has steadily grown and so continues.
