Dear Mr. Gunderud: At the December 9th, 1980 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting, a motion was made by Mr. Mc Millen that upon reconsideration the requested variances be granted subject to signed affidavits by the purchasers of lots 8 and 9, said affidavits to be acceptable to the Attorney to the Town, and these are to be submitted prior to the issuance of certificates of Occupancy and further, that all required approvals be obtained and any work that remains to be done is completed prior to the issuance of the Certificates of Occupany.
