A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the follovTi.ng reasons: 1) strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would produce undue hardship because: It would necessitate the closing of an existing business which provides livelihood, create economic loss of sizeable investment, and would bring about use of property which is not in keeping with surrounding area. 2) The hardship created is unique and is not shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this district because: of all reasons mentioned in 2A-I hereof and also because property is isolated from any and all adjacent properties by town line, power lines and roads so that it is set apart from all other properties. 3) The variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and would not change the char~cter of the district because: Planned Industry which is now allowed would not be attractive-or fitting as is the present use of said property.
