At the April 21st, 1980 Planning Board meeting, a motion
was made by Mr. Brannen, to deny the application for sketch
plan approval as the property is located on a private road.
The motion was seconded by Mr. Mills.

Appeal #485 - A motion was made by Mr. Prager, seconded
by Mr. McMillen, to deny the requested variance on the basis
that this is a self created hardship by Williams and was
illegally subdivided by Williams.
