'1'0 \vhom I t May Concern: Under Section 416.01 of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance, the Schmidtke store is a legally non-conforming use ina residential zone. Also under Section 416.33 such use may be changed only to a similar use or less non-conforming, as determined by the Zoning Board of Appeals. As Zoning Administrator, I would conclude that the proposed change from a meat store and grocery to a place serving food and beverages and grocery is a similar use, in that all those uses appear in paragraph 2 under Permitted Principal Uses, LB District, Section 423.
