Mr. and Mrs. John Bertolini and Mr. and Mrs. Olarles Wian wish to occupy the bare jointly.- Mrs. Wian being the sister of Mrs. Bertolini. Of the four proposed occupants, three are retired and Mrs. Wian is approa-c.l1tng retiranent. Because of their advanced ages, they feel it \\'OUld be advantageous to live together. '!he second kitchen is provided in the house so that the Wians can eat separately - this being necessary since Mrs. Wian works. Mrs. Bertolini's son lives in RockingtuD'Q FanIs, \IDich is one of the reasons they chose the developnent. '!hey feel it is important to be close to a relative in case of an ane~ency. We are first requesting a zoning interpretation, but would like a variance if that is required. We feel that based on their family canposition, they should be allowed to build this home. It should be rrade clear that they plan to use the home jointly, not as separate and distinct living areas. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact IDe.
