The variance is granted with the following stipulations:
1. The Appellant shall notify and conform with any
regulations set down by the Chelsea Fire Company and the
Dutchess County Department of Health.
2. The Appeallant shall remove all buildings indicated on
the map for removal with the exception of the present office
building prior to the issuance of a building permit. The
present office building shall be removed within 90 days after
the issuance of a certificate of Occupancy for the new building.
