as indicated on plan entitled "preliminary First Subdivision of Lands
of L.O.L.O.A./Sailer, Town of Wappinger, County of Dutchess, State
of New York", dated 2-12-79, latest revision dated 7-2-79 and
prepared by Hayward and Pakan Associates.
