interprets that the Health Club facility, the restaurant-lounge,
and the retail' sportswear sales are permitted uses.
The Sports Facility (i.e. - racquet ball) would be a
permitted accessory use to the Health Club facility.

A Sportsw~ir rhop specializing in s~orts apparel,
athletic footwear, racquets and b~lls, etc.
This qualifies as a public comm9rci~L sho): ~3l.
We will have a large, highly supervised Nautilus
training, exercise, and body building area, with
various- sD::~cial cl.asses, ~;uch as karate, exercise
classes, ~tc, There will aLRO be separate ~en's
and women's facilities including locker rooms,
whirlnools, saunas and showers. We anticiDate
as ma~y women members as men. We feel thi~
qualifies as a personal service. also under

The upper level will include a large lounge and
har area with facilities for light lunch for the
oatrons using the facility. and to cater to the
business man and professional people in the area
who can take a long lunch hour for a workout and
