BE IT RESOLVED THAT A SPECIAL USE PE&~IT IS HEREBY ISSUED
to Roger C. Townsend to establish and operate an insurance office
as an accessory use to his dwelling located on 2 Daisy Lane, in the
Town of wappinger.
Said special Use Permit is granted with the following
conditions:
1. There shall be no more than two non-resident employees.
2. The zoning Board of Appeals reserves the right to review
the application for a period of three years with regard to
the adequacy of the parking area as the Highway Superintendent
has expressed a concern.
3. No signs on the premises shall be permitted.
