Detailed drainage plan must be approved b~ the Engineer to the Town prior to the issuance of a building permit. 2. Approval of the Dutchess County DeparG~ent of Health on water supply and sewage disposal shall be o~tained prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. Downstream drainage fee of $ .15 a square foot for newly ~onstructed roofed areas and areas covered by impervious material shall be paid prior to the issuance of a b~il~ing permit. 4. Driveway approval must. be obtained from .:11e Town of wappinger Highway Superintendent prior to the issuance of a building permit. 5. A ten foot strip along.the entire front of the property shall be deeded to the Town for highway purposes prior to the issuance of a building p8rmit. 6.
