She has graciously pe~itted my daughter to work with the horses at the Baisley home. These animals are well cared for, fed properly and in general appear to be in excellent condition. The barn and stables are cleaned daily, the general appearance of the barn and home are neat and clean. Joan has done much to help the neighborhood children learn and appreciate animals. Her teachin, ability and attitude with children is superior. I feel strongly that you should grant her a permit to continue to teach children the correct way to handle horses. S:~vJ~ stuart T. M.D. 149 MAIN STREET POST OFFICE BOX 492 FISHKILL, NEW YORK 12!l24 TELC:PHONE 914 - 896-9864 29 August 1978 To Whom It May Concern: Gentlemen: Mrs. Joan Baisley has been giving horseback riding lessons to my children for two years. After having been disa ppointed with the quality of care dis played at other stables in Dutchess County, I have been extremely pleased with Mrs. Baisley1s stable. The lessons are professional yet careful. The care of the animals is impeccable. Attention to health and safety is optimal. In summary, I believe Mrs. Baisley's stable and her teaching are a decided ass et to the community. I am so convinced of this, I am prepared to testify orally to this if required. I sincerely hope that Mrs. Baisley will be able to continue to provide for the youth of the commun- ity an ideal riding stable. Sincerely yours, ' G1 '1 11 ' ' J' I ,I . Il- .
