BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS OF THE ~ TOWN OF WAPPINGER HEREBY RECOMMENDS THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT to Dr. Lawrence Cohen and Dr. Paul sohn to establish medical offices in an existing building located on New Hackensack Road, being parcel # 6158-04-555308, consisting of 1.556 acres, in the Town of Wappinger and subject to the following conditions: 1. Approval of the Town of Wappinger Planning Board shall be obtained. 2. A work permit shall be obtained from the Dutchess County Department of Public Works prior to the issuance of a building permit 3. Any signs to be erected shall comply with the requirements of the Town of Wappinger Zoning Ordinance. If said proposed signs do not comply, a variance would have to be obtained before signs could be erected. 4.
