Dear Mr. Ruitt: Pursuant to the terms of a purchase contract entered into with Mr. C.Jo Gumpert Inc., owner of 3.25 Acres of land, upon which there is built and occupied a trailer court, 2 houses in which apartments are being rented, a large main building in which rooms are rented with kitchen and dining privileges, with a large unfinished building annexed to same. I herewith submit this application to complete the interior of the large building, effect improvements in the remainder of said building, demolish the 2 shed roof additions and refurish the exteriors of all buildings, after removing trees, overgrown shrubs and reshaping of the grounds. In addition, I plan to upgrade the insulation, electric, hot water and heating systems in all buildings. No other uses than those stated shall be permitted on the premises and the structures to be removed as indicated in said letter shall be demolished before a Certificate of Occupancy is issued for the tourist home.
