Dear Mr. Ruitt:
Pursuant to the terms of a purchase contract entered into with
Mr. C.Jo Gumpert Inc., owner of 3.25 Acres of land, upon which there
is built and occupied a trailer court, 2 houses in which apartments
are being rented, a large main building in which rooms are rented
with kitchen and dining privileges, with a large unfinished building
annexed to same.
I herewith submit this application to complete the interior of the
large building, effect improvements in the remainder of said
building, demolish the 2 shed roof additions and refurish the
exteriors of all buildings, after removing trees, overgrown shrubs
and reshaping of the grounds.
In addition, I plan to upgrade the insulation, electric, hot water
and heating systems in all buildings.
Since the closing of title for said property is subject to my
being able to effect the above, and since my purchase contract cites
time being of the essence, I would pppreciate your kind consideration
in this matter and your prompt reply.

The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Wappinger
interprets that the uses as stated in Mr. Vincent Germano's letter
of June 1st, 1978 are permitted.
No other uses than those stated shall be permitted on the
premises and the structures to be removed as indicated in said
letter shall be demolished before a Certificate of Occupancy is
issued for the tourist home.
A copy of the June 1st, 1978 letter is attached.
