consideration the following factors:
1.) The nature of my business leads me mostly out of county.
There is little or no walk in business. Not more than an average
of one person per week will actually walk into this office.
2.) Because of the lack of walk in business,a sign is not a
necessity. While one is desired (see attached) it isn't a must.
J.) Presently there is parking space conservatively for four l.'Ms.'
However as additional two and one-half spaces are going to be
constructed. (see attached)
