The shed "A" and porch "B" as indicated on the plot plan dr awn by Mr. Mazzeo shall be removed. 2. The sink shall be removed. 3. siding shall be put on the structure as indicated in statement of October 24th, 1977 and signed by CharlesR. Mazzeo. \ . \ ,{ ~ i ,.... .. 1. The building would be used .exclusively for storage of lawnmowers, tools, garden furniture, etc. The water and electricity have been cut off and the kitchen stove and refrigerator have been removed. In other words there is no way that the building could be used other than for storage. 2. We earnestly request that 1the Zoning Board grant u$ a variance. We do have a two car garage but can only make use Of one side because of the many pieces of equipment (as indicated above) that we now have stored in the garage. If the variance is grantt:ed I intend to refinish the exterior of the building to conform with the exterior of-out' present:: home. I understand it would cost in the neighborhood of one to two thousand do1lam; to demolish the building and at the present time I am not in a position to make stich an expenditure nor am I physically able to do the work myself.
