a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the following reasons:
I) Strict application of the Zoning Ordinance would produce undue hardship betause:

I. Sign is to be set ba:k at least 35' f rom center of Mont fort Road. (fac i ng 110ntfort)
on Lot #6, Larissa Lane, Serenity Mission Sub-division.
2. Sign shall look like enclosed sample and be constructed of plywood measuring
4' x 6'2." and be supported by 2 x 4s and be between 4 to 5 feet off ground.
