Wehmann Route 9 & Old Hopewell Road Wappingers, New York 12590 Dear Mr. Wehmann: This is in reply to your letter of September 5, 1977 wherein you requested that we consent to your selling Mopeds at the captioned service station premises. Article 5. of your Service Station Lease dated April 19, 19-76, and Article 4. of the Dealer Agreement dated April 19, 1976 set forth the uses to which the premises can be put. Shell's written consent is required before the premises can be used for any other purpose. We are willing to consent to your request, under the following conditions: 1. Prior to commencing such sales, you shall obtain the necessary Amendment to the Special Use Permit required by the Town of Wappinger. 2. At no time shall you display more than six (6) Mopeds. 3. The Mopeds shall never be displayed at the "point" of the premises, or at any other location where they would obstruct the view of motorists, or interfere with the normal business . operations at the premises. 4. You shall adhere to all laws and regulations relative to the sale and display of the Mopeds. 5. You shall recognize that the sale of Mopeds will at all times be a secondary feature of your total service station operation. 6. You shall not allow the premises to become a "hangout" for Moped or motorcycle enthusiasts. \ . { l Mr. Robert H. Wehmann - 2 September 9~ 1977 9.
