a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the follawing reasons:
I) Strict application af the Zaning Ordinance wauld praduce undue hardship because:

vicinity af this praperty and in this district because: Lloyd's has awned this parcel for
several years and has paid its fair and proper share af taxes to' the proper tax
autharity and has had nO' material return on its investment to date. The size of
our single 60 acre parcel would farever prohibit the applied for use and
