a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED for the following reasons:
,}) Strict appli&ation of the Zoning Ordinance would Dtod~ undue .hardship because: appilicanft

88 mo~ile home sites to a total of 127 sites. The entire pareel of land of
28.90 acres was acquired in 1962 and devoted to a mobile home iart there-
after with 88 mobile home sites currently situated on only l2.8-_acres of th.

vi.cinity of thi~ prqperty and in thi&. district b~cause' applicant has an establfsne
mobile nome park wnich was and 1s a legal non-conforming use.
3) The variance would observe the spirit of the Ordinance and would not change the character of
the district because: the expansion in sites of the existing mobile home park
would not cnange or alter the character of the district because the entire
parcel is contiguous and already an established mobile home park.
