APPEAL # 316 January 13th, 1976 - Section 411.04 - Irregularly Shaped Lots: Where a question exists as to the proper application of any of the requirements of this Ordinance as to a particular lot or parcel, because of the peculiar or irregular shape of the lot or parcel, the Board of Appeals shall determine how the requirements of the Ordinance shall be applied. The Town of Wappinger Planning Board is seeking a determination in regard to the parcel of land owned by Crimswal Realty Corporation as there has been a question raised as to what constitutes the rear lot line on this irregularly shaped lot. A copy of the site plan is attached. The Planning Board is also asking_ for a determination on the number of uses that would be permitted on this parcel as proposed retail areas, office area and storage or services facilitie$ are indicated on the site plan in addition to a bank which was approved by the Village of Wappingers Falls Planning Board. This particular piece of property is located in both the Town and the Village and a determination was made some time ago by the Attorney to the Town when rezoning of the property was requested that this must be treated as one parcel. >>
