As is well knowri~ Rou~e 9 is a heavily travel~e~ tpur-
lane divided, highway wi th ,a speed lint! t of. 5-5 m.p. h.
Route 9 curves in almost a semi-circle in front of
. Sparkling Seasons a11'd it. is important to have the siqn
close to Route 9 in cirder to have it visible to customers.
The sign is a(.Hgnifi~adne. The rteighbors immediately
adjacent to the'nursery~re ~lso commercial establish-
ments, to wit,'the pottery bUsiness. ahd the pier 9
Restaurant. It. is important to have the sign near Route
9 So it cah be see~ in sufficient time by the consumer

also block all view of the grounds.

is felt that if this sigrt were present, that revenUes.
