She has been living with me for some time now. My daughter would help. 2) The hardship created is unique and is nat shared by all properties alike in the immediate vicinity of this property and in this district because: My mother is 86 yrs. old and is arthretic. My daughter and son -in-law will help with her care and comfort. By putting a trailer on my property will ease the burden. 3) The variance wauld observe the spirit af the Ordinance and wauld not change the character of the district because: There are two Quanset huts next door to our property. There is a trucking establishment up our road and alsO' a junk yard. b.
