a. A VARIANCE IS REQUESTED fo'r the following reasans:
I) Strict application 'Of the Zoning Ordinance wauld praduce undue hardship because:
Autos owned by members of the family now must park on the lawn
during snow ordinance months causing damage to the lawn.
2) The hardship created is unique and is nat shared by all properties alike in the immediate
vicinity 'Of this property and in this district because:
The distance from the house to the property line is only 17.6 feet.
This d~mension is smaller than most homes.
3) The variance would observe the spirit 'Of the Ordinance and would not change the character of
the district because: the addition of a second garage would enhance the
appearance of the house & increase it' s v'a1ue. Homes in the
immediate vincinity have added garages similar to my request.
