Article IV, Section 416.033 - a non-conforming use of a
building may be changed only to a use similar or less non-conformity
as determined by the Board of Appeals.

The non-conforming building in question is currehtly used
for storage of building materials by a construction company.
The potential owner is a construction company that would like
to store construction equipment in this same building. Is this
to be construed as a similar use?
